Healthy snack when hunger attacks

Banana Muffins
This is a very easy recipe that will take you no time to do it and the best part is that they are
healthy! Free of refined sugars
Makes 10 -12 muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of grated carrot
- 2 medium-size ripe bananas
- 1 cup of almond flour
- ¾ cups of oatmeal flakes
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cups of 100% pure maple syrup
- Pich of salt
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Easy enough you just mix in all the ingredients, place them on a muffin tray and bake them at
350 F for 30 minutes.
Zucchini chips
Enjoy your afternoon with this crispy zucchini chips.
This is a very healthy and delicious snack that will take you less than 10 minutes to make.
(you can also use it as a side dish)
Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
Slice the zucchini and place it on a baking sheet, spread some olive oil on top, and finish with
some sea salt.
Take to the oven for 5 minutes at 350 F.
Lulada
This is the most refreshing and delicious snack/drink that wil definitely satisfy your hunger.
Ingredients
- 6 lulos, peeled, diced
- 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
- 5 cups of water
- 3 cups of crushed ice
Place the lulos and a splash of water into a bowl. Then Mash the lulos and water together with
the tip of the handle of a wooden spoon or a fork. Add the rest of the water, lime juice, and stir
until combined. Fill each glass with ice, and add the lulo mixture. Garnish each glass with a lime
slice and serve with a spoon and a straw on the side.
Pandebonos Fit
There is nothing more pleasant to eat than a pandebono so here is a recipe you will LOVE and
will have no after remorse eating because of their health!
This easy recipe will take you no more than 15 minutes, and once they are done they are perfect to
accompany with a cup of coffee.
Ingredients
- Yuca
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Pinch salt
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of stevia
Cook the yuca, once ready let it rest, and crush until obtaining a dough. Add the grated cheese,
olive oil, cornstarch, stevia, and salt. Form into balls and put in the air fire for 10 minutes at 160
degrees and to brown for 2 minutes at 180 degrees.
